Dress Code
Dress code for Gala and evening Concerts: Lounge Suit/Smart Casuals. If inappropriately dressed, JTpac reserves the right to deny admissions or refunds.
Latecomers
Event will begin promptly at the advertised starting time. As a courtesy to the performers, we ask that you be seated 15 minutes prior to the show time.Latecomers will be allowed entry only during the interval or during a suitable break in the programme
Mobile phones & Cameras
All concert-goers are requested to switch off their mobile phones, pagers, watch alarms and other electronic devices such as Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) before entering the concert hall. This is to ensure an ideal concert experience for both the performers and other members of the audience.
All forms of recording equipment and photography are strictly prohibited in the concert hall. We seek the co-operation and understanding of all audience members in observing this policy.
Children
Babies and children under 8 years will not be admitted to any event. This measure is necessary to ensure noise-free proceedings for the audience as well the performing artistes.
Fire Brigade Regulations
For any programme, sitting or standing in the aisles or the gangway is strictly prohibited, as it is a fire hazard. Please note that the Ushers on duty have been instructed to ensure that this regulation is strictly followed.
No smoking
In keeping with government regulations, all concert-goers are reminded that smoking is strictly prohibited in the JTpac campus.
